**Urgent sale for medical reasons**
Boat currently hauled out for hurricane season in Port Antonio, Jamaica. Will consider delivery to South Florida.
This is not a project boat. It requires some cosmetic carpentry work, but otherwise in good condition. We have cruised on this boat from Tampa to the Bahamas to Grand Cayman and Jamaica.
All the comforts of home – washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ice maker.
Very spacious, ideal liveaboard/cruiser. You can be totally self-sufficient with a 50 gal/hr water maker, 25KVA generator, inverter, holding tank.
