Very nice and roomy Cabin. Has a Full Head(Bathroom) with a Electric (12v) Toilet, Full Shower, Sink with Hot and Cold water. Lots of Storage. Dinette for 4 Adults that also lets down to make a Double Bed. Full KING Size V-BERTH with lots and lots of Storage underneath also has a Privacy Folding door and Window that provides complete privacy away from Cabin. , 3 Steps up into a Roomy Salon with a nice Loveseat Sleeper and portable A/C. Full Lower Helm with HUGE windows all around that provides beautiful views all around the boat. NO BLIND SPOTS !! , Full sliding Glass Doors across Rear of Salon provides great and easy access to rear deck. Rear Deck has Walk through Transom and a Ladder to access the Full Flybridge. Very nice layout thru entire boat. Lots of room and Storage.

Boat is in Original condition and needs Updating to look 100%. Needs a few SMALL Cosmetic things like paint, Trim wood restaining, And a couple seat cousions need sewen.
