new topside paint summer 2015, new bilge pumps 2015. Previous owner removed windlass but anchor and rode is on boat. Port engine making knocking noise. Previous owner said it did when he had it but he drove the boat. We used it as a condo and never left slip. Engines ran monthly. Buy as is, where is with no warranties or promises.
