1978 CUSTOM HoHsing: Aft Cabin Flybridge Cruiser, BEAUTIFUL 1978 36FT Grand Mariner, Trawler built by HoHsing. Has a strong running Ford 150 Lehman Diesel engine. Has Beautiful Taiwan Teak wood threw-out the boat. Cabinets, floors and outside railings. The boat has been kept under cover and is in great condition. The Aft captains cabin has a full size bed, work desk and nice size bathroom with a Bath Tub.. Has a big dinning area and kitchen has everything you need to live well. The Bow cabin has a large bed with plenty of storage room and a nice size bathroom. Has the "Heart Freedom 1000 Watt Inverter / 60 Amp Charger. Every cushion inside the boat has been re-done in 2013. Electronics: Rayjefferson 315 Loudhailer and Lowrance MK5X and Sony CMT-BXI AM/FM Stereo and Garman GPS192C and Garman Fathometer GPS128. Autopilot: Robertson AP1000. Radar: Ratheon 1200 with Close Array. Radios: ICOM IC-M126 VHF with Distress and two handheld ICOM IC-M55 VHF and 2 handheld CB'S Radios. Comes attached to the Stern is a nice 1994 10ft Sorensen with a 2010 Mercury 9.9 outboard that has been used under ten times. It's comes with to many extra to name. Had a Marine inspection done on August 2014 and the boat was found to be in excellent condition. This is a great pleasure boat and will work well for anyone wanting a nice boat to live on..
