Galley
Custom cherry cabinets totally moderenized layout; marble countertops; under counter sink; under counter dish washer; a set of freezer and refrigerator drawers; new induction cook top; new convection microwave; new ice maker, teak and holly floors; old dinette removed with installation of a new custom high/low cherry table configured with custom L-shaped seating...[we copied a new viking layout]. The cabinets are all custom and modified from the original configuration.

Electrical System
Engines and walls were repainted with Awlgrip approx. 5 years ago; Twin 12v71ti Detroits that underwent major tune up 8/2014. The engines have been previously rebuilt and are approx. 1000 HP according to my mechanic; Water system filter added so that all water from the water tank is filtered no matter what its use. [8/2014]
Each component of the water maker was removed from the boat and shipped to manufacturer so that each and every piece was refurbished or replaced including a new raw water pump and a rebuilt high pressure pump. It is essentially now a new system still in the boxes waiting to be hooked up. [8/2014] Eschimo ice chipper has been mounted in the engine room and is waiting for the new owner to decide where to put the ice receptacle. It is mounted on $800 stainless bracket allowing the ice to be run to the cockpit into an ice box or ice chest. Installation of two new shower sump bilge pumps to collect water from air conditioners to keep bilge dry. Hatches have been repaired and the engine room is pristine. Fire suppression system. Current owner is 6’3” and can almost stand in the engine room and can get to both sides of the engines; New port battery bank [7/2014] Glendenning was adjusted [2014]; Starboard engine idle mechanism was replaced/repaired for smooth idle; [8/2014] All of the throttle and shift cables are new and the latest and greatest technology for smooth shifting and throttle response [6/2014]; Detroit 12v71ti [engines have been rebuilt and in 2014 they underwent a full tune up along with the two generators] 20 KW Kholer Port Generator; 20 KW Westerbeke Starboard Generator; Battery charger; Water maker with complete factory refurbish and replacement [2014] Fresh water system filter (2014)
Other Equipment
New bow and stern thrusters (Side Power); windless in mint condition; two anchors; new 11 foot Whaler dingy; Mercury 25 HP (new). New paint on bridge with removal of screw fasteners of bridge and bridge was completely fiber glassed thereby eliminating all possibility of leaks. Electric grill in the cockpit. Custom outriggers. Halogen stern lights; LED green fish lights on stern. New boarding steps and handle along with completely rebuilt Tuna door; Bottom paint 6/2014; Running gear painted with prop speed 6/2014; Rudders dropped and repacked;4 blade props were added and tuned 6/2014; Shafts were lined up 8/2014; Cutlass bearings were all replaced 6/2014; Numerous bottom strainers were replaced as well as all strainer sight glasses except engines;
