Remarks
Boat has transferable live-aboard moorage on Lake Union in Seattle with a panoramic view that goes from Gas Works Park to Space Needle. New canvas on flybridge 2 years ago. Boat is well maintained and very seaworthy. Costs less to buy this boat and pay moorage than it does to live in a so-so apartment. Rare set-up, nice boat.
